Self-awareness -
when we begin to take a good look inside at who we are and what we are, we are then better able to handle things that happen to us in life. We know what makes us tick. We know what motivates us, what inspires us, and what makes us happy. When we are very clear with ourselves we are more able to say no to what we don't want. We are better able to recognise what is acceptable behaviour and what isn't.

What don't you like about yourself? Then change it. He is working on changing that behaviour now.
Get to know yourself better. Spend more quiet time with yourself - meditation and mindfulness are both good ways of doing this.
