Working hard to constantly please others might work well for them, but it doesn't work for you and it can't be maintained long term, it's impossible. It will increase your levels of anxiety and stress.

Signs you are a people pleaser-Agreeing with people when you don't agree with them. You have the right to your own opinion. Please use it.

Trying to make everyone around you happy. It's not your responsibility to make someone else happy. We are each responsible for our own happiness.

Needing acknowledgment and recognition when you do something good for someone. Let it go. Either do it or don't do it but don't wait for the person to acknowledge it.Not being able to say no to people. Please start on this one now. Start saying no to things you don't want to do. Start with small things if it is easier but when you mean no, say no.

You apologise for everything, always just to keep someone else happy. Come on- you know better. Say I'm sorry when you've done something to be sorry for but don't overdo the apologies because it sends a message both to yourself and to the other person.

The sooner you recognise that you do this the sooner you can change your behaviour to something healthier. Be kind, be caring to others of course but please make sure you are kind and caring towards yourself too.
