What exercise do you love to do? Go and do it! There are huge benefits to getting going…..

I’ve just come in from working for a few hours in the garden. I had a morning off work and I thought what do I want to do more than anything at this moment? Answer- go out to the garden and get muddy, tired and sweaty!

I’m back in my office now but those few hours of fresh air and really getting stuck in has done me the world of good. Whenever I can grab a few minutes- I’m outside. You can often find me sitting under a tree. Maybe just sitting. Maybe meditating. But always relaxing and enjoying.

Find an exercise that you like to do and get out there. You will love it and feel so much better.
