What a year. So much to deal with and so many things out of our control. It was my busiest work year in my career of 17 years as a psychotherapist and life coach.

I think it would be good to acknowledge yourself and how well you've done through all of this.

The main question I'm asking clients right now is what have you learned about yourself this year of 2020? What are you proud of? What lessons have you learned and want to keep and what things do you need to take note of and change if you aren't happy with yourself?

I'm glad 2020 is over. I'm looking forward to 2021. I'm now working on my new year's resolutions and what positive changes I want to bring to my life in the new year. Try it. It's good to take time to think about what you want to change in your life and then it's even better to go for it!
