Forgive yourself. Stop the self-blame game.

It's time. It's gone on long enough. It is time to forgive yourself for all past hurts, blame and mistakes.

It's time. It's gone on long enough. It is time to forgive yourself for all past hurts, blame and mistakes. What has happened is already in the past, even if it only happened a minute ago! If we need to apologise for something or make amends then please do so as soon as possible. The longer you blame yourself the longer you will suffer. What is the point of that?

Write down things that you are still holding on to; areas in which you haven't forgiven yourself. Then start to release these saying "I forgive myself for this.........." "I let go of this..........."

Be kind to yourself while in this process. We have all made mistakes and the quicker we recognise any guilt or self-blame we are carrying the healthier we will be.
