Mindfulness is a healthy addition to anyone's lifestyle. It's free, easily accessible and a great tool to have in your life toolbox.
If you haven't heard about mindfulness then please google it and find out more. I teach mindfulness to someone most days as I believe in its healing benefits. Mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety and really helps people who suffer with panic attacks.I sometimes get a new client that doesn't believe the benefits of mindfulness and who sees it as a waste of time. I enjoy the challenge. I then teach them about mindfulness and how to do it and I haven't met anyone yet that hasn't come back with positive feedback. Because mindfulness is a lifestyle not a trend.
